Applying for Graduation

Once you've reached the final semester of your degree or certificate program, it's time to apply for graduation. Degrees and certificates are awarded at the end of each semester, and graduation ceremonies are held each May.

• Meet with an advisor or counselor to review your program requirements.
• To change your name or update your program of study you must complete a Change of Student Data form.
• Download the appropriate graduation application forms and AGEC applications, or pick them up from any Advising or Admissions office.
• The $15 application fee covers all degrees and certificates applied for in a given semester.
• Refer to the Key Dates and Deadlines page for graduation application deadlines. Applications completed after the deadline will be processed for the following semester.
