Women’s soccer team advances to finals
The Aztec women’s soccer team won the district championship game Saturday by routing Cisco (Texas) 4-0. They are now advancing to the junior college national tournament Nov. 15-18 in Albany, Georgia. The Pima team finished the regular season undefeated with a record of 16-0-1. The team includes 10 sophomores, and the roster is composed entirely of players from Tucson and Vail.
