Program & Degree Explanation

PCC offers a number of different types of credit programs and degrees to meet the needs of students.

Associate of Applied Arts and Associate of Applied Science degrees are provided for students who want to gain the knowledge and skills to immediately seek a job.

Associate of Arts, Associate of Business Administration, Associate of Fine Arts and Associate of Science are designed to provide students who plan to transfer.  These include the general education courses required by Arizona universities as well as other transferable courses that will prepare students for majors of their choice.

Pima also offers certificates and post-degree certificates that provide specific training either for direct employment or to increase job skills.
