Pima Leadership Institute
The Pima Leadership Institute provides students with the opportunity to build valuable skills and reflect on their experiences. It consists of three progressive levels of participation. Through a series of active learning workshops, community service, and projects students gain leadership experiences and skills. Students will learn about their strengths and how they can use their skills to create change in the community.

Silver - Level Two: Leadership and Service

Gold - Level Three: Individual Leadership
- Opportunity to attend or present at a national, regional, or local conference
- Develop a service project approved by the Student Life Coordinator
All three levels may be completed at Pima Community College campuses. However, PLI offers an option to extend leadership studies at the University of Arizona through enrollment in its leadership program, Blue Chip. Students are also given certificates and cords of distinction, to be worn at graduation, after completing each level.
