The telephone number and voice mailbox is monitored Monday through Friday during regular business hours of operation from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM Mountain Time (Arizona does not observe daylight savings time). If you do not immediately reach a staff member, your voicemail message will be answered promptly within the timeframe above. We work with PimaOnline instructors to ensure that you are not penalized for problems internal to PimaOnline systems. Please check the PimaOnline site before calling to answer common questions.
