Northwest Campus Hosts Lecture and Book-Signing

Tucson, AZ – Author and Humanitarian Lisa Hopper will answer the question, “What’s in a Dream?” during a special event on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at the Northwest Campus.

Hopper is CEO and founder of World Care, which she started in her garage in 1994. To date, World Care International has collected and redirected more than 25 million pounds of resources valued at more than $35 million dollars to aid in humanitarian efforts worldwide. Hopper, who lives in Tucson, tells the story of how she nurtured World Care from a dream into reality in her recently published book, “In the Wake of a Dream.” Her lecture at NWC will be followed by a book-signing.
