PCC Fall Sports Sept. 10 – Sept. 16

PCC continues its regular season competition as the soccer, volleyball and football teams play at home towards the middle and end of the week. The baseball and softball teams will also have fall scrimmages at the West Campus. 

The soccer teams will play Paradise Valley Community College at the Reach 11 Sports Complex in Phoenix on Tuesday. The men’s game starts at 6 p.m. and the women’s game will follow at 8 p.m.

The volleyball team will have a busy week playing three matches in as many days. Its first match will be at Phoenix College on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The soccer teams will be back home on Thursday as they host Phoenix College. The men’s game will be at 1 p.m. and the women’s game at 3:30 p.m. The volleyball team will have its first home match of the season when it plays West Coast Baptist College at the Pima West Gymnasium at 7 p.m.

On Friday, the Pima cross country teams will be participating in the Dave Murray Invitational at the University of Arizona. The competition begins at 4 p.m. The volleyball team will conclude its week hosting Mesa Community College at 7 p.m.

The softball and baseball teams will hold fall scrimmages at the West Campus on Saturday. The softball team will play Desert Thunder-Blue at 10 a.m. The baseball team will play the WhiteSox at 11 a.m. The men’s soccer team will be back at Pima West Campus against Yavapai College at 2 p.m. The football team will have its third consecutive home game as it hosts Arizona Western College at Kino Stadium with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
