Chancellor’s Council & Cabinet

The the District Leadership Team is organized into three components:  Chancellor’s Executive Council, Chancellor's Operational Cabinet and the All College Council.  

Executive Council focuses on strategy; the Operational Cabinet focuses on operations. Communication will be facilitated between the two groups by the overlap of membership.  Each of these bodies meets once a month.

The Board of Governors established the All College Council (formerly Governance Council) for open communication involving all College groups.  This Council provides input into decision-making based on critical analyses, ongoing inquiry, continuous improvement.  It is focused on the welfare and mission of the College and on student success.  Learn more about All College Council activities and membership.
