IT provides a broad range of technical development and support services to the College - collaborating with other units to enhance teaching and learning.

    Matthew Weber, Information Security Officer

    • Perform audits and monitoring of the security of the college’s IT infrastructure
    • Lead response to security incidents
  • Network Services

    Scott Ferguson, Director

    • Manage the College data center
    • Maintain College-wide voice and data networks (wired and non-wired) as well as telephones
    • Provide Internet access and security
  • Technical Services

    Chris Bonhorst, Director

    • Provide storage and processing capability for College applications
    • Maintain the server infrastructure (virtual and physical)
    • Technically support mission critical applications such as Banner

    • Operate a 24/7 helpdesk to accommodate student, faculty, and staff technology support needs
