Health & Safety
We understand the importance of knowing that your student will be safe and secure at Pima. With thousands of students spread out across multiple campuses, we take our health and safety responsibilities seriously.
Pima Community College's Department of Public Safety serves each of our six campuses 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Pima Community College Police is a full-time, fully certified law enforcement agency
- Counselors to provide referrals to community agencies
- Community Health Clinics at two campuses
Student Privacy Policy
Pima Community College limits access to student data, including grades, transcripts, and other educational records, in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act 1974 (FERPA). FERPA was enacted to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their education records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings.
Student data may only be accessed by the student requesting the information. Students who wish to release certain information to their family, employer, transfer college, or another third party must complete and submit the appropriate PCC FERPA form.

Many students receive financial help from their families to help pay for college. Pima offers a variety of payment options and plans and financial aid packages to help make higher education affordable for everyone.
