*** This Language requirement is based on various language course/proficiency requirements at the bachelor's degree level. If the Language requirement is completed in fewer than 16 credits, additional credit hours of transferable electives, including ECE courses, may need to be completed to meet the minimum associate's degree requirements of 60 credit hours. Students transferring to ASU, to a non-public in-state school, or an out-of-state school that does not require language, may request a substitution through the Center for Early Childhood Education for this requirement.
